I have been using them for about 20 years and I love them. They are prompt, courteous and dependable. They come in to my house and I have absolutely no concerns that they are ever going to steal anything. The same employees have been coming here for 20 years. I just call them if I ever needed to change my schedule otherwise they come out every month at the same time. I get mice in my house and whenever that happens, they come and put out new baits and clean up the old stuff.

I like them and have had them out three times. They are really good at what they do and are very helpful if I have a bug problem. I can grab the bug and bring it up to them, and they will identify what it is and tell me what I need to do with it or what they can do about it. They are much more reasonable than another company that I used. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were prompt and courteous when I called that we had discovered carpenter ants while renovating my mother's home. They made a prompt appointment and the technician came out as scheduled and treated not only the problem area but the entire house. When we discovered a few ants the following week they promptly scheduled for a retreatment of the area and retreated the problem area. They also were very accurate with their estimate. In fact, they were right on with the estimated price and the only difference was the sales tax. We were extremely pleased with their service and will definately call them again if we have an insect problem.

THEY COME LIKE CLOCK WORK, EVERY COUPLE OF MONTHS. THE PRODUCTS THEY USE SEEM TO TAKE CARE OF KEEPING THE INSECTS AT BAY. I FIGURE IF I DO NOT HAVE ANY INSECT PROBLEMS, THEN THEY MUST BE DOING IT RIGHT.
