I was a first time home buyer with a very limited budget. I had bad experiences with two other realtors before I decided to find the best rated person on Angie's list, which was Kelly. From the first time we spoke it was clear that she was head and shoulders above the rest when it came to dedication, availability and how easy she was to work with. Her mortgage guy was very easy to deal with and actually approved me for double what I was looking to spend, which put me in an advantageous position when I decided to make an offer.
We looked at a total of eight houses. Kelly provided extremely useful input and suggestions without telling me what to do or overstepping her role in the least. When we looked at the house I ended up buying for the second time, Kelly suggested I have a plumber out to check on the pipes since there is a huge tree in the backyard. The plumber found that all the pipes under the house were rotted and had standing water in them. This was a $10,000 repair that I did not have to take care of because it was found during the inspection period. 
While all this was going on, I knew I that Kelly would either answer my calls immediately or call back quickly if she was busy. I knew she had other buyers looking to spend ten times what I was, but I never felt I was getting anything less than her best effort at all times. 
Because of the strong position I was in, I was able to put in what I considered a low offer and only had to come up a nominal amount. The entire sale went extremely smoothly and I am very happy with my new home. I owe this and the fact that I could afford the house at all to Kelly and could not be happier with the service she provided. I knew absolutely nothing about buying a house and she walked me through the whole thing patiently.
If you are in the market for a realtor you cannot do better than Kelly Krimmel. She is trustworthy (I'm a salesperson and can detect B.S. sales practices immediately, so this is high praise), easy to work with and constantly available.

Kelly assisted us in our search for new home as we considered relocation. In the end and primarily due to market changes, we chose to stay in our current home and are very happy. However, Kelly was a pleasure to work with and assisted us in every aspect. Real estate is her talent and calling; she is not a casual realtor, but extremely hardworking and the utmost professional. Kelly was fabulous.  She started helping us from the very beginning before she even contracted with us.  She recommended what we needed to do to get the properties ready for sale.  We put it on the market on January 18th and we had sold both of them by March 18th.  She worked very hard with showing the house and followed up well with people that were interested.  We were back in Washington state and she made it easy to communicate across the country. She really knows real estate and how to get the job done.

My husband and I met Kelly at an open house that she was hosting. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the property and well organized. We gave her our contact information, and Kelly and her business partner Kathy Darden followed up with us shortly afterwards to get more information about our search criteria. We found Kelly to be very knowledgeable of the Bucks county area. She was upfront and honest with us regarding prices, neighborhoods, etc., and was easily accessible for questions or concerns. As a buyer's agent, Kelly went above and beyond to help us find the house that we liked. She was careful to not make us feel rushed or pressured and we were able to look at properties at our own pace. She helped us find and purchase a house that we liked and that matched most of our key criteria, including the property location, size and budget. The seller's agent at the house that we bought was extremely difficult, making the settlement process unnecessarily painful and unpleasant. Kelly and Kathy were able to defuse every problem that came up from the seller's agent, without getting us involved. We felt that we were well represented throughout the settlement process. We would absolutely recommend either or both of these agents without hesitation.
