In 1989, Maureen was our agent when we sold our house in Rhwnhurst and moved to Somerton. We were very pleased with the results at the time, and so recently we contacted her again. This time, Maureen helped me sell me father's house. She visited when we first decided to list it, gave us good advice on what we needed to do to get it ready for market, recommended some good contractors to help with the repairs, made sure the house was advertised well and had lots of traffic, and it sold in about 6 weeks for a fair price. At settlement, she was professional and managed the other agent and buyer with ease. I would highly recommend her to anyone needeing a real estate agent.
