In 11/14 K3 (licensed in Pennsylvania to Kevin Herb) installed the AC unit in a house we bought in 05/15. When summer came, the unit did not work. The unit leaks freon at such a rapid rate that it is empty within three weeks. Two other reliable AC companies have come out and both say that the installation was very shoddy. K3 will not even come look at the unit without a $125 fee. They claim that the warranty has run out and now they have stopped answering my calls. I am still waiting a call back from the mysterious "owner" of the company.
Update: After the unit began freezing up, I left multiple messages with K3 and wrote three emails to them. They have refused to respond to me in any way. After only two brief phone conversations with an employee, he had the the nerve to threaten to turn me in for harassment. It is no wonder that the only location information for this company is a PO box.
Finally, while this may seem insignificant to some, I find it highly offensive that the name of the company is effectively KKK.
