The owner Eric seems to be a nice guy, sorry to say but the experience was a nightmare though... Horrible job, no communication except when time to collect a payment. We were left months on end not knowing if/when job will be complete. Workers could not speak English, concerns were ignored. Whole job seemed to be subbed out with 2nd rate unskilled laborers. Final product had to be redone again at our expense and still ended up being mediocre at best. Lots of up-selling, user beware of the bait and switch. Excitement for our addition turned into months of stress and runaround.
