"I would love to respond with knowledge about the order, but I have no record of the customer, the order, nor were we open on the day mentioned. We have no record of deliveries on that date either. Are you sure that you have the correct business?"

They are just great! If I forget something and am in a hurry, they will be able to assist me. They are our regular florists. Their flowers are fresh, unique, and artistic! I have dealt with them for about 15 years and have never had a bad experience.
