Description of Work: Title Insurance is regulated by the State, however, they have alot of extra excessive fees that are not necessary and/or way above reasonable. If it is a re-fi, look out, closing fees, excessive cert fees....I would never recommend them to anyone. This is my personal opinion. I used this company for a re-finance and I do not remember the date of the refinance.

 + -1 moreI am a real estate agent, and I use them regularly about two to three times a month. Their price depends on the sales price of the home and in what county. It is pretty much state regulated, so, it is definitely reasonable. It is the best title company I have ever used because of their services, response, and the actual staffs.
Description of Work: I use the services of Bucks County Abstract Services for real estate titles.
