Joe listed our home for sale on October 4, 2011. We had closing on the sale December 19,2011. I think he did a great job selling our house that fast, especially in this slow market we decided to sell in. At the time of the sale, we had a newborn baby and Joe made sure we were not put out in any way. He made sure the baby's comfort came first above everything. At the same time, broke his back to get the house sold fast. After the sale, he showed us countless homes in the philly area. But after much thought, my family and i decided to move back to New Orleans. I felt a little bad telling Big Joe we were not going to buy a home in Philly area after all. But he understood 100% we had to do the best for our family. He hooked us up with an agent we could trust in New Orleans and wished us luck. What more could you ask for?
