AIRTEMP COOLING AND HEATING

I've used them for twenty-five years.  It may even be more than twenty-five years.  They're wonderful.  I have a service contract, so they come out twice a year.  The only thing I pay for is filters or whatever.  The service contract is $220 per year and that gives me two visits a year.  I can call them as many times as I need to if something is wrong, for that.  Overall they would definitely be an A.  Their price is reasonable.  I'd give them an A for price because of my service contract.  I can call them as many times as I need to.

I think they do a good job. They are on time. They answer all of my questions I have about the system. I have confidence in them. I have done comparison shopping and their price is an "A".

It took a few days to get the part, and discovered the wrong item was delivered, so it took a few more days to get the correct part, and it was installed, and the job was completed. I appreciated being informed of the situation through the entire process. Rob, the proprietor, was very professional and friendly. I am happy to recommend Airtemp to anyone who asks.

Airtemp gets here quickly and does the work well. I used them for both my business and home service. They also put an air conditioning/heating unit in my house several years ago and service this regularly. The owner is fast, friendly and does a fantastic job. They are also very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone!

The owner came and told me he thought he had installed this unit originally when the townhouses were built. He researched and found the only distributor in the general area that had a replacement part and went and picked it up at no cost to me. He advised me to think about replacing the unit and that he would send me a quote for new units. The service was excellent. I never did receive a quote, but will follow up as I feel he was extremely professional and would trust him to install a new unit.

They were fantastic. They have great customer service. The workers answered all my questions. They were just fantastic.

The owner of Airtemp does all of the installations himself. He's a really nice guy and extremely helpful and honest. I've used Airtemp several times and they've always been responsive and professional.

He (I got the impression he was the owner) got everything working in a hour. I felt the price was reasonable for an emergency call. My only "con" was that he talked quite a bit about non job related things (like politics, which are different than mine, and Viagra ??!!) and he really wanted to sell us a new A/C. Maybe the talking was just because I'm a guy or something. I had him give me an estimate but we really could not afford it and there was a time limit on the price. I felt I needed a lot more time to investigate before taking that plunge. It was a nice looking system though. He also would not sell us a service contract due to the leak that he thought we may have. I would have preferred that that he confirm if it really was a leak or not since the system is from 1996 and has never been filled before to my knowledge. For all I know that could be normal to loose a little in the last 10 years that we have been here. Anyway overall I was satisfied with the repairs which are still working but I could have done without the conversation. I probably should have gone back in the house.

Contractor arrived early. I had not been able to remove all bushes that I had agreed to do. Mr. Bonner and his son completed the brush removal and did not charge me for this extra! They removed old system and installed new one, heat pump and compressor, in one day. Workmanship was first class, the worksite was cleaned, and they finished early. I hope he is still around when I have to replace my heatingand AC system down the shore.

Airtemp did a good job for us. They were professional, courteous, and neat. I did think the price was on the high side, but other than that it was a great experience.

After calling many companies and hearing that 24 hour response was normal for emergency for heating in January w/ 20 months old baby in the house, we've finally got Airtemp to come and look at our heating problem. From the receptionist to the heating technician, they were courteous and prompt. Troubleshooting was effective, and they fixed the heating right away. We were very appreciative of this company. I highly recommend them!

ALTHOUGH OUR EXISTING HEATING SYSTEM (WHICH CONSISTS OF A HEAT PUMP WITH AN OIL BACKUP) IS GROWING OLDER, AIRTEMP HAS WORKED WITH US OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS MAKING MINOR REPAIRS TO KEEP OUR SYSTEM FUNCTIONING. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK PERFORMED.
