THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. WHEN MY FIRST UNIT BROKE ON A HOT SUNDAY, THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT. THEY USED THE PAYMENT FROM THAT SUNDAY TOWARDS THE BILL ON MY NEW UNIT REPLACEMENT. IT WAS MY DECISION TO REPLACE THE 19 YEAR OLD UNIT, THEY NEVER PRESSURED ME OR DID ANY FAST SALES PITCH. THEY WERE GREAT.
