Aire-Pure Inc

Aire Pure recently installed our ductless HVAC system in the second floor of our home. They did a wonderful job. From the first outreach, they were responsive, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. They worked with us to identify the right system for our home. For the actual installation, they were on time, kept everything neat and tidy and made sure everything was installed and working properly. In addition, they inspected and cleaned our existing HVAC system. We are very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Dave and Aire Pure. We also love that the company is owner operated!

They did a really nice job. I did not have any problems with them whatsoever. I was really happy with them. The guy who came was very nice. He was here on time. He was honest with us. He first gave us an estimate. He put up the price a little bit, but he warned me that the unit was bought in wholesale. He was timely and finished the work in a day. He was clean in his work. There was nothing that I did not expect or anything that I did not know. I did not have any surprises. He was very professional.

As mentioned, this was an older home not really designed for central A/C. They could have taken the easy way out and offered a simpler (mini split) or more expensive (high velocity) system, but didn't. We got a high efficiency Carrier system with variable speed motor with all new ductwork and it has been great. They took great care to make sure the lines outside fit with the house cosmetically, that any holes cut for vents were in the best location and that ductwork was as minimally invasive as possible. The bottom line is they paid attention to a lot of details to make sure the system was set up correctly even after the house gave them so much aggravation with the install. They could have easily cut corners but didn't. For such a large project, you want the right guys knocking holes in your walls and I would use them again. Thanks.
