ACRE Engineers & Land Surveyors

Jonathan was not available to survey the land I needed surveyed but he did provide me with valuable information on the process and some helpful references.

He called me back same day and was honest that he wouldn't be able to do the work for us due to his schedule. He was very helpful in giving me names and numbers of others to contact including our disctric survey office of philadelphia that I couldn't find on-line. He also gave me helpful advice.

Jonathan explained the process in detail during initial phone call and followed up with same via email. There were no surprises. Very professional and knowledgeable

Overall, great. There was issues with responsiveness and timeliness of the communicated timeline set by ACRE. I was flexible so not an issue, but if there is a time crunch, there may be a problem hiring them.

Jonathan Tabas was very friendly and informative. He responded to my questions quickly, both via email and phone. He accommodated my scheduling needs, ensuring the survey was completed in time for a fence installation that was a few days later. He was very informative and explained my boundaries in detail, and even offered advice on how to handle a boundary issue with one of my neighbors where their fence encroached on my property.

Jonathan answered my call in a timely fashion. He stated he would come within 3-4 weeks which he did. He called to let me know the day and time he was coming to survey the property. I was also told that he went to the township to acquire all the information on the property so that he can conduct his research perfectly.
Once he was done the surveying, he walked the whole property with me showing me where all the permanent stakes he posted are located on my property. Within a week or so, he sent me a Survey Report with a Plot Plan of the property showing the measurements of the property and the location of the makers.
Jonathan was very nice to talk to. He addressed all my questions and concerns. He was very professional. He also honored an Angie?s
List Coupon. I was very impressed and have highly recommended him to others.

Very well, it was a painless transaction. Show up on time and knocked the survey out in one day. Came back that Saturday and walked the property line with me and explained what was going on. After the walk, we went over all the documents in detail. Very friendly and professional!

Jon was very professional and pretty fast acting in getting this survey done. Was moved into a flood plain by FEMA randomly and hired Jon to survey my elevation and also to get the official amendment from FEMA to remove my home from flood plain, along with remove my home from the list of my mortgage lender to require insanely expensive flood insurance. Jon did every single thing needed start to finish and I now have the amendment.

Jon was unable to accommodate me for 1-2 months, but since he knew i was in a hurry, he provided me with telephone numbers for two other land surveying companies. he also educated me about surveying quirks in the city of Philadelphia. Very professional. Very helpful.
