It was fine. It was great. The gentleman was very responsive. He did a great job. The shelves are working well. They did exactly what I needed them to do. He even did some that the custom guy said he couldn’t do. The custom guy said that what I wanted it to be would be too heavy, and the guy came in and did it just fine. They work great. I found him at one of the home shows. I think the price was excellent because I don’t think I would have used him otherwise. I am pretty judicious on my spending, so I wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t a fair price. The quality was good. I am picky and I wouldn’t have done it if I didn’t like the product. It compares to the custom cabinetry that was already in, and I have to look hard to know that it wasn’t already there. That was important to me that, when I opened my cabinets, it wasn’t glaring that I had stuck something in cheap in there. It looks nice and of good quality. I am an interior decorator and I would recommend him to my clients.

They did the measuring and planning with input from me. When ready they installed the pull out shelf drawers. It came out beautifully. The drawers are smooth and glide out easily. They hold a lot of weight. I would it again if I moved to another home. The product more than met my expectations. The service was excellent. The employees fantastic.
