Even though I could probably save a few dollars somewhere else, I love the
knowledge that this garage is being honest with me. My daughter had quotes
from other garages in the area for work on her Toyota, but when she took it to
Cooper they were able to solve the issue without replacing expensive parts and
in one instance make adjustments that did not need any replacement of parts.
A hugh savings to her.

Great they have EXPERT mechanics

They're very service oriented, they're a small shop, they're not connected with the dealership, and they always do the work, they call you if there's any problem, you always authorize anything that they're going to do that may have cropped up and they always get the car back when they say they will, and if there's a problem they call and let you know.

I arrived on time and they got right to work on my 2011 Nissan Pickup truck.
The alignment was off a little but they put it within specs.
The truck passed both the emissions and safety inspection with no problems
They did not try to sell me unneeded services or parts such as brakes, rotors, balls joints or exhaust system parts as a lot of service stations and chain stores do.
I will use them again.

My husband developed a relationship with them. He has been going so long, he does not pay up front. I like their personal service, quality, and promptness.

R H Cooper & Son Company is great. I would not take my car anywhere except there. They are so honest and they even tell you things that you did not know. I can't say enough about them. Since I moved here, I have been using them and my car is still running great. When I first went to the dealership, they just wanted money and they were like you need this and that and I did not need anything. R H Cooper & Son is number one in my book. They even gave me a ride home, which is pretty cool. I will be taking my car to him next week. When I take my car and get it inspected every year, they say last year you had this done and do you want to us to do it again this year. They remind me of services that I might have had in the past. They are really nice. They are very good at what they do. They are really great to deal with. My car's taillights were out, I did not want to get pulled over, and I just went to R H Cooper & Son and the owner came out and fixed it. I did not have to make an appointment and come back to get the work done. I am so impressed with their good customer service.

Excellent. Honest. Willing to explain problem and offer remedies and costs. Brian takes great care in inspecting all aspects of my vehicle since it has 160,000 miles.
