Myers had installed our well 15 years ago. I talked to them, they explained the solution to the problem (sanitary well cap) and sold me the sanitary well cap. I installed it. Problem solved. They were very helpful on the phone and when I visited their office. I had expected that this could have cost much more to fix with them coming out. I am quite happy with their helpfulness and professionalism.

Everything went great. The installation took less time than quoted. They reduced the price accordingly.

We lost pressure on our water supply and finally lost it completely. Called Meyer's Bros. at 10:30 am . Two very competent technicians showed up within an hour. I had a new pressure tank within an hour after they came. Everything worked beautifully. They tried the least expensive fixes first (like the pressure switch and pump capacitors) and it ended up being the pressure tank.

Our current well collapsed beyond use a couple of weeks before Christmas 2010. Myers was one of the well companies we called for advice. They spent quite some time on the phone with my husband discussing options. A couple of weeks later we realized that we would need to drill a new well. We called on a Monday. Myers sent a representative on Tuesday. I thought there was a bit of an unnecessary delay in our receipt of the invoice and contract, which didn't arrive until that Saturday, but when I called on Monday Myers Brothers scheduled our drilling even though the mail would take a couple of days to get my deposit to them. The following Monday, a Myers' team arrived at 8:00AM sharp. They did a good job of drilling a well. It's a messy job, but the workers did what they reasonably could and then some to lessen the impact. When talking with the Myers employees, it was obvious to me that they know the well drilling business. They are very comfortable with their equipment and they seem to enjoy the topic of new wells and broken wells. If they were into computers, we'd call them geeks. I don't know what you call it when someone is into wells, but these people are that. Except they communicate much better than computer geeks.
