+ -1 moreDave Hessler and Paradigm Windows plant manager Andy Sevier were notified that all the windows tested were confirmed leaking and that there was a mishap in the manufacturing process and therefore All 49 windows had to be replaced. A projected cost of $200,000 worth of damage just for the windows - this does not include all the other issues with this home. These windows have a lifetime warranty but Paradigm corporate executives refused to pay for the damages and would not provide replacement windows - even while the entire stucco exterior was removed and our home stood exposed to rain this month. They abandoned us as did J&L Building Materials. Knowing that we needed to buy Andersen windows and would no longer need the $1,000 worth of J-Trim filler and that extra window - Paradigm told J&L to take that merchandise back and refund our money and J&L refused. Description of Work: Dave Hessler, sales rep for J&L Building Materials was the sales rep that worked with the builder Tom Costello of Costello Builders East Petersburg PA to provide Paradigm Windows for this 2008 Harrisburg Parade of Homes winner executive style home. J&L provided all the windows and after we purchased the home in 2011, we noticed leaking windows 17 so far confirmed. Dave Hessler of J&L Building Materials also sold us J-Trim filler and another window.
