These windows have a lifetime warranty but Paradigm corporate executives refused to pay for the damages and would not provide replacement windows - even while the entire stucco exterior was removed and our home stood exposed to rain this month.
They abandoned us as did J&L Building Materials. Knowing that we needed to buy Andersen windows and would no longer need the $1,000 worth of J-Trim filler and that extra window - Paradigm told J&L to take that merchandise back and refund our money and J&L refused.
