Masonry Work
We agreed to the scope of work in May. it took him 5 months to show up after agreeing the work for the replacement section repair to be completed. That work was done fine. It took two more months until he showed up to patch the broken pieces, which he ended up doing on a 20 degree day in December. The patches are all breaking apart.
Every time I need to get in touch with him, it takes several calls. He promises to "show up in the next week or so," and then never does. It takes ongoing calls to even get him to answer the phone. I have given up and am hiring someone else to do the job right. It's a shame to have to pay twice, but it's worth it not to have to repeatedly call this contractor, only to have promise after promise broken.
Avoid this contractor.
