Crew chief was always a few minutes early to be first on the job. Explained what they were going to do each day. Very knowledgeable and very organized. Crew was excellent also. Overall job, experience and results were excellent. 10 out of 10!

This is the second time that I have used Galebach's. They are timely, very professional from start to finish. My floors look fantastic.

Galbach's was a pleasure to deal with. Always answered calls and questions. Came when they said they would and did an excellent Job start to finish. The floors look great and I would highly recommend this company. A++++++++++++

They did a beautiful job--I can't believe the difference! They cleaned up every day, were very professional and polite. The floors were sanded mid-week, then sealed the beginning of the next. Over the weekend, one of my cats coughed a hairball onto the bare wood floor, I thought I'd cleaned it up, but after the 1st coat of poly went down, I realized a the spot was still visible. I don't know how they did it, but they got rid of the spot. They even helped me move and replace a few heavy items. I would definately recommend their services.

Overall, great installation and superb floor refinishing. I'd never use anyone else.

We had our floors refinished by another company that did a terrible job and left our floors in atrocious condition. Galebachs came in to repair the damage. WOW! What a great job. Karen could tell that we were quite distraught as our 780 square feet of hardwood were right in the middle of the house and having them refinished meant we could only live in our bedrooms and not use the rest of the house. We had already been put out two weeks by the "other guys" and our floors were a mess. Karen took pity on our plight and squeezed us in right away. They were prompt and completed the task on time and we could finally move back in to the rest of the house!

We bought a 1930s home that had been neglected. The oak flooring on the first floor and the staircase were especially stained and scratched. Galebach's refinished the floors for us and did a very good job. I also think they were helpful when we were trying to figure out which stain to use. The only problem we had was that the transition from the stairs to the second floor landing was a little rough but, they fixed it for us.
