Couldn’t find my septic lid, claimed it was inaccessible. Charged $150 for trip fee alone, when they came out here AFTER we called AND emailed them to reschedule. They showed up anyway, woke me up and didn’t even do any work. My husbands mother died and he was at her funeral that day so it was just me and the workers. They showed up and were extremely rude and ignorant. They said we had to remove our deck stairs to get to the septic lid - and they left, claiming it was inaccessible. My husband comes home from his mom’s funeral and the septic lid is RIGHT NEXT TO THE STAIRS we “had to remove.” Do not trust these people! Picture of stairs we “needed” removed, and picture of septic lid TO THE RIGHT OF THE STAIRS. IT WAS ACCESSIBLE THE WHOLE TIME. No stair removal ever needed. The workers did not once lift lid or even notice it despite walking around the property. This company is a joke if I ever heard one. STAY AWAY FROM ADVANCED SEPTIC SERVICES

Mark and his guys are all great to work with. They made a 'crappy' situation light hearted and kept me informed of everything that was going on and the quoted estimate was exactly what I got on the invoice. I hope I don't need to call them anytime soon. But, if I ever need septic service again, they are my first call.

The work was performed quickly, it only took about an hour from start to finish. The work site was kept clean and all of the old parts, materials, and trash were removed. What could've been more than a thousand dollar repair turned out to be half that. And that included pumping all three tanks. They were also very friendly and polite. As they worked the explained how the system works, what the problem was, how it was caused, and how it was resolved. They impressed me so much that I will not consider any other septic service. We are planning to build a log home in the next five years and because of their prompt response, quality of work, honesty, and attitude we've already decided that we want this company to design, install, and service our septic system when we build. Without a doubt, one of the most honest and trustworthy businesses I've ever had the pleasure to work with. If you need septic service, don't hesitate to call this company, you will not be disappointed!

I didn't have to worry about the job, they took care of it all. They were great to work with and fixed the problem. They did good quality work for the price. If I have any more plumbing issues I will be calling them to make the repairs.

They were very responsive and very good. It was wonderful having the septic tanks cleaned. We didn't need it done but we wanted it done. The price was pretty good; it was a little high. He did a great job and the tank was clean when he was done. He was on time and he was definitely professional. We would absolutely use them again.

Company came same day called since we were plugged up and no drains were working. They pumped the tanks and unplugged a clogged pipe.

The work started on time as scheduled and was completed by noon. In addition to performing the repairs I was given a thorough explanation of how my system works and preventive maintenance. The owner, Mark, was quite informative and explained everything he was doing and why as the work progressed. The previous septic company that had been cleaning out my tank never told me the pump well should be serviced or that the second 500 gallon tank needed to be serviced. It was thought at first I had a 1,000 gallon tank and if it had been, the previous septic company should have cleaned that second section out too but never told me. So for ten years the septic pump well and the second 500 gallon tank had never been cleaned by the original septic company I was using. I highly recommend Advanced Septic, they have me as a customer for life!
