Kyle is thorough and meticulous, does excellent finish work, is resourceful and likes challenges, always cleans up, and is competent in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing and wiring ? where licensing or sign off is necessary (e.g. electrical) he has good professional contacts for certifying his work when required. He is very good natured, considerate, and easy to be around while he is working. His rates are fair and reasonable, applied according to the type of work requested (ranging from $20 to $65 per hour) . He has always been available to work, even without a lot of advance notice.
Description of Work: Kyle has done both major and minor work for us, ranging from painting, plumbing repair, pressure washing, etc to completely finishing our basement
