Everything went smoothly and as promised.
ECS did a great job and we have now contracted more services that will include siding, gutters and some interior renovations. Looking forward to working more with Eric and ECS.

Eric was fantastic!! Some of our siding blew off during a wind storm and he was out the next day putting up TyVex to protect our house. He ordered the exact siding (not easy to do) and had it installed quickly. You can't even tell siding was missing, he did a great job. He was on-time and a pleasure to work with.

Eric contacted me quickly and came to my house to give me an estimate. He provided me with an action plan. Eric ordered the replacement siding and as promised he came out and replaced the damaged siding. The siding looks great and you would never know he was there. Not a scrap of trash was left behind. I am very happy with the work and professionalism.

East Coast Solutions does meticulous work with great attention to detail. The kitchen floor was not perfectly level so one section of the new kitchen counter itself took several hours to get right. Walls were not square so a lot of extra time was taken to install the cabinetry with no gaps showing.
The seven skylights are now about 10 years old, they open and seal well, and have never leaked. The bedroom windows were small and too high for easy viewing for my short wife so the large and lower replacements are perfectly situated. A new window gave light to a dark corner.
The new roof work was done quickly and neatly.
All work on all these projects was done neatly and each day the areas were left very clean.
From roof to basement, I have no hesitation recommending East Coast Solutions for whatever project needs to be done well.

The contractor (East Coast Solutions Inc.) was very prompt and courteous. Completed job within the budget and timeline provided in contract. Also included extra work items not included in contract to complete the job. Very easy to work with. Would recommend to any potential customer needing his services.

We didn't get anymore snow or ice that year, but the next winter when we did the roof began leaking in the same place. I called Eric and he came out and put some more coating on that section of the roof. In a few weeks when we had our next snow it leaked again. I tried to call Eric a number of times and got no response. I eventually hired someone else to come and fix that section of the roof (for $900) and have not had a leak since. Needless to say, I was not very happy that East Coast Solutions ultimately did not stand by their work (it was "guaranteed" for 5 years). I also was uncomfortable with Eric's persistent suggestions that I make a claim to my homeowner's insurance so I could do more extensive repairs (I did inquire with my insurance company to see what might be covered, and it was not covered unless I "fudged" the facts a bit, which I was not about to do).

"The substance of this review is incorrect. East Coast Solutions has always backed up their work. We can be contacted by e-mail, phone, by mail in regard to any situation that might arise. To say that we were unreponsive is an unjustice. When we did this work and had a call back, it was determined that there was a gutter issue, not a roof issue. If another roofer was called in, we were unaware that this took place as we were not notified. I would certainly like to see the pictures and documentation of the work that took place after our new roof was installed. THE RE-ROOFING WAS BEGUN IN APRIL BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. THAT CONTRACTOR CHARGED ME FOR MATERIALS NOT USED, DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB (MY ROOF WAS OPEN TO THE ELEMENTS), DID NOT RETURN MY CALLS, AND DISAPPEARED WITH THE MONEY I HAD PAID HIM. EAST COAST RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY TO MY CALL, CAME TO MY HOUSE THE NEXT DAY, AND COMPLETED THE WORK WITHIN ONE DAY. HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND BAILED ME OUT OF A VERY DIFFICULT SITUATION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EAST COAST.
