They are very through with doing all the necessary details.

I have a 200+ year old house that seems to go on forever. Deb was not at all daunted by this and got right to work. I think it's the first time that all the floors gleamed at the same time. Very pleased.

Very professional, and very thorough. Looking forward to having them back! Excellent work.

Great cleaning service

It pains me to write this, but I wish I had been given this information before I hired this company. Let me start by saying, I think that Deb is a very nice person and the person she had with her to clean my house was also very nice and personable. My problem is that I had requested a deep cleaning of my home and was sent a list of what to expect by Deb herself. I also had conversations with her and she went on about how quality is so important to her. Unfortunately when I went through my home to check the work, I realized that most of the items on the list that Deb provided to me of what to expect where never done. Our ceiling fan was not touched, faucets were not descaled, vent covers were not removed and washed, window tracks were not cleaned. all blinds were not sprayed down and cleaned and even a bedside table went without being dusted. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning and again, these items were on the list that Deb gave me. The day after they were here, I sent Deb an email asking her to reach out to me to discuss because of my disappointment and unfortunately she never replied or called. I really did not want to do this, but I wish that I had checked everything before giving her a check (for more than she quoted me) and just want others to be more diligent before they leave so you do not have to go back and clean it yourself like I did.

I interviewed several other cleaning services before I chose Deb's Cleaning. I liked her personally and wanted to support her business. Her fees are reasonable. Deb did excellent work. I would definitely hire her again. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. She cleaned places my regular (who were on vacation for 4 weeks) cleaners never clean.

Deb very nice and professional to have at our home. It's a lot of house the first time you come in, and I'm very cautious who to leave in my home while away. I liked Deb when we first met, professionally and as a woman. I don't want to judge first time at our home, I'll have her back and feel in a 2-3 visits Deb will have the project down and concentrate on different parts of the house and to keep it clean for us. Deb was very easy to work with and very responsive. The only reason I rated her a 4 in quality is that she missed a few spots and I think that was because she was rushed a bit and had another job right after ours.
