Great experience with Comfort Zone. I called to get get an estimate on a new HVAC system. Jennifer made an appointment for Jeff to come out the following morning. After talking to Jeff and having him check out my old system, he said I would have a quote the following day. As promised, I received the quote, which was a much better price than I had received from other companies for the same systems. We picked an install date, and they were here on time and finished the job in one day. It was great working with both Jennifer and Jeff. I highly recommend Comfort Zone!

On time, on budget and best service contract that I could find amongst four different competitive peers.

Pro:Great price, friendly and on time! Con: The duct board supply plenum was in bad shape, covered with dust and dirt form the attic and leaking. This was not the installers fault, but when he taped it to the new evaporator coil box, I wish he would have informed me it was in need of replacement, because he was unable to securely fasten it and the force of the blower separated it from the air handler. I cleaned the attic dirt off of it, taped the leaky flex duct and the holes, and re-taped it to the new evaporator coil box. All it cost me 45 minutes of my time and a couple dollars of aluminum tape to repair. Added to the original quote, it was still a fabulous deal. Summary: I would definitely recommend them to a friend and their price point was in line with two other quotes. I would call them again.
