General Remodeling
The replacement windows were installed with no water diverting flashing around them to prevent moisture from entering the wall. Caulk was used to fill large gaps which after 6 months is cracking and allowing rain to cause damage in the walls.
Exterior painting was not completed with satisfaction. Exterior trim and front doors were painted with cheap paint that showed scuff marks whenever the paint was touched with the hands.
Kitchen and bath renovations were not completed on schedule and a lot of work had to be redone.
Floors that were laid were scratched, nicked, peeling up in places, poorly aligned and gaps showing.
The plumbing they did leaked 20 % of the time after they left.
The workers did not have a professional appearance, showing up to work hung over, beer cans found in their trash after work.
The contractor made promises that were not kept, did not resolve issues in a timely manner, was not very cooperative in implementing the directives of the management, and rarely met the time schedules that the contractor agreed upon.
This contractor is not recommended. It is yet to be seen if he will stand behind his work.
