Brians Firewood

Brian delivered a cord of firewood the same day I called which was great. He accidentially dumped 2 cords in my driveway and I only needed 1 so he reloaded the other and took it with him. The problem came when we stacked the wood over the next couple of days. It appeared to me to me not a full cord and there was a large amount of what I would call scrap in the pile. Dirt, wood chips, small pieces that would be considered kindling or smaller. I have been been buying fireplace wood for many years so I know there is always some small pieces in there, but this seemed excessive to me. It was a very large pile and filled 3 large trashcans and then some. I sent him a text and a picture of the issue and asked him to get in touch with me. He did not. I then called and explained the issue in detail and requested a reduced price or more usable wood or he could come pick it all up and return my money and call it a day. He said he would stop by to look at the wood. He never stopped by to my knowledge, or contacted me again. I am very disappointed with the quality of the product and especially with the lack of response.
