YARNELL SECURITY SYSTEMS

Great. I had been with Yarnell for several years now (home alarm system) and have always been treated great by their employees. Last week we had a outside camera system installed and the installer was really a "people"person. He did a great job at hiding the wires and taking the time (and patience) to show us how to work it. I talked to my son about Yarnell and after talking to them he is having an alarm system put in his home in Middletown, PA and Yarnell gave him the best quote. Highly recommend them.

My experience with them have been good so far. We went with them because they were local and we really didn't consider other places.

They are dependable and are always there if you call them. I pay about $200 yearly for system monitoring and will use them again in the future.

We were very impressed with the initial contact and knowledge of the representative. After deciding to go with Yarnell, however, I was disappointed when the representative did not call or show-up the next day to do the paperwork and schedule the installation. We later learned it was due to a family emergency and after consideration, decided to go with them after all. The installation was done promptly, and despite stories I hear from other people, in the two weeks we have had it, there have been no false alarms. Everything works exactly as it is supposed to work. I will get back to the list if problems crop up later.
