Bought an extremely overpriced bench for the end of our bed from Wolf's. Settled on them because they had the only one we found that matched our taste. Told them I would pick it up when it arrived after several weeks. I was told there would be a $75.00 charge to move it from their warehouse in Altoona, PA to their store in Lancaster, PA. Told them I wasn't paying to move their inventory, had it been a delivery, different story. Told me that everyone paid that fee. Went all the way to the head manager who begrudgingly waived the fee. Never go there again.

We spent probably $1,000 on that service. We are very happy with the furniture we bought from them. They delivered and installed the furniture that we had ordered and it was on time and everything was satisfactory. I would say that I would be happy to shop there again if I need furnishing of that sort. It is a good place and is close and handy. The pieces of furniture were good quality and a good deal.
