In this case, Wizard was able to come on short notice as I had an unexpected afternoon off from work. Technician assessed the work and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Work took about 90 minutes. Quick response, good work and at a fair price-that's how I like to do business. I would recommend Wizard's services to family and friends.

I was impressed by the courtesy of the scheduler who answered my call. Also, she got me on the schedule for the very next day. The locksmith called me to let me know he was on his way. I accidentally under-estimated how many doors needed re-keying, but fortunately the installer had extra sets in his van. Great job!

Excellent service (as I totally expected since I've relied on the Wizard Lock people for many years, and Angie's List reviews supported my 100% positive experience).  Todd arrived well within the appointed time frame and quickly identified the problems with the door lock and resolved all issues, all within a short period of time.  He also provided valuable insights/advice regarding options for front doors in historic districts, particularly with those that have aged over time (as in my case).  For scheduling the service online through Angie's list, I received a 10% discount off the base service call price; additional adjustment service fee and related materials charges were very reasonable.  The total cost after discount but before taxes was a little under $77.

Larry was excellent. He was very helpful & dedicated to make sure each visit was very thorough. He also reassured me that my new locks were very good locks. He has been with the company for many years. It was well worth the money I paid. Even the office staff was highly professional. I could not have asked for a better service.

Jeff arrived on time and did a great job with the installation.  He was courteous, cleaned up the mess and even made some offers for improvements.  I would definitely use their services again.

I have been doing business with this organization for at least 40 years.  They are the best locksmith by an order of magnitude I have ever done business with.  Prices are reasonable, service is responsive at the world class level.  They have made at least 100 keys for me over the years.  They recently rekeyed all primary lock sets in my home.  Everything works the first time every time.  Over the years I have had keys made at Sears, K-mart, Loew's, etc.  Many of those keys failed.  Frankly I wish I could find an a electrician, plumber or HVAC vendor who could perform at 25% compared to Wizard.  i did have one great plumber decades ago ... but his son took over the business and turned out to be a thief.

Wizard Lock was used by me after reviewing the yellow page recomendation. Technician was prompt and courtious. Clean up of work site was performed and all hardware worked well. I would recommend this servive to others and would use them again.

They are very knowledgable no nonsense with them. I highly recommend them.
