WALMART SUPERSTORE

They are fine. They always have what you need. They are complete and they have everything there but the people there could always be a little bit nicer. They are near our city so I feel like there is a lot of city people there. My overall experience with them has been good. You are also going to have to wait for a while when you are getting through a line there.

I found a sales clerk, she saw I was a mess. She immediately asked me to sit down if I wanted and went to get the doctor. I had no appoiontment and the doctor was with a patient howeveer she still me out for a minute and spoke with me. Her voice was like a rescue angel as she offered to fit me in between appointments. Of course I gratefully accepted. And she did a full exam. I found out the prism inmy glasses was twice of what I needed. She wrote my script and offered to put a rush on them. The staff was beyond proffessional. They had a very strong interest in my well being, the prices we extremely reasonable. The frame started at 9.99, and were actually decent. This store is a walmart run business and is not sublet to a private provider. Therefore they can offer excellent price. There service is phenomal. I would recommend them highly.

I went to get an oil change at Walmart using my own oil (synthetic-purchased at Walmart) and my own oil filter (Pure One - Not sold at Walmart - I won't use Fram in my Jeep). This oil change, and I was the only one there, took about 1 1/2 hours. They screwed up how to bill the job (usually about $10 for the oil change and the cost for the oil of about $25 and $6 for the oil filter). I spend about $40 usually for this change that is $60 if you get a normally priced synthetic change. They knew exactly what I wanted but could not figure out how to charge me. First they charged me $75, of course I had to wait 15 minutes for a Manager to come and correct it. He leaves and then they charge me incorrectly again. Again wait for the manager. Third times a charm.... sort of. They screwed up the pricing again and the manager ok'd the pricing for a straight oil change for a Synthetic one. I only put down an A for pricing because it was a deal for me. I would go back but not to this Walmart. I usually go to Morgantown and they are just wonderful. One major turn off to this Walmart in Lancaster is they always speak in Spanish and I don't understand a word of it. Maybe just Spanish people should use this Walmart and the rest of us use a Walmart where they speak in English. I have heard this comment before from my friend but I never went to the Lancaster Walmart, and I probably won't ever go back to this one. In the Morgantown Walmart they all speak English. Many companies do not allow foreigner languages to be spoken except to talk to a customer who speaks that language. That is not the deal with Walmart obviously.

The experience was good because it is usually pretty quick with going through the process. The glasses I purchased there have been great--I have now had them for three years that are working just fine! The pair of glasses I got from there before that lasted three years too, and I am very happy that I don't have to go constantly to replace them. I do not wear them as often because I wear contacts now, but they work just fine for me.
