Wagner Painting

The service has been terrific. The cost was satisfactory. They showed up on time and they did what they said they would. The painting was done in a high foyer are and they removed wallpaper as well. They cleaned up after themselves.

I can't say enough good things about Wagner Painting. We bought a 3 floor condo that had not been updated since being built in 1994. We basically renovated the entire interior including removing and rebuilding interior walls, a completely new kitchen and all new bathroom fixtures. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were covered with old outdated wallpaper. On the recommendation of my realtor, who I have known for 20 years, I got an estimate from and then engaged Wagner Painting to completely strip all the wallpaper and repaint the entire interior. Bryan Wagner, the owner, and his crew were incredible. Among other things:

1. 1. They stripped all the wallpaper and did an excellent patching and prep job getting the walls ready for paint.
2. 2. They came on the days and the times when they said they would be here.
3. 3. After doing some work, Bryan actually pointed out areas he wasn't happy with and that they would fix that we didn't even notice until he pointed it out.
4. 4. They willingly modified their schedule to come in before or after the other various contractors we had on the job doing the renovation and made it a priority to have done what they needed to have done before the next contractor arrived.
5. 5. They always left the premises clean and tidy behind them.
6. 6. They not only did routine interior wall painting but we applied a lot of dark colors and in some areas we asked for and received some excellent faux painting. They did an excellent job in all areas. Bryan worked closely with my wife and did samples of different colors and faux applications on his own time that he brought over for her to review.
7. 7. Bryan promptly returned all phone calls and was usually proactive in reaching out to us first to let us know their plans and schedule.
8. Whether you have a large or small job, I highly recommend you first call Wagner Painting. I know I won't be calling anyone else to do my painting in the future.
