Incredible is the first word to come to mind.  Fantastic is the next, and any superlative you can think of would be appropriate.  The results are far better than we expected.  Tommy listened to us, designed the pattern and then did a tremendous job.   Many people who see the results say it looks as though the floor is inlaid with darker wood, but it is a stain stencil.  And the Venetian plaster was high-lighted with gold and then finished with a high gloss polish.  It certainly is a magnificent reproduction of the walls in the Cathedrals of Venice. 
If you are looking for a faux painter, designer, master at his craft, look no farther, Tom Henman is the guy you want.  With 3,500 square feet of renovations to do, Tom will certainly be spending quite a bit of time at our house.
