Asher was outstanding. He was very professional and answered all my questions and made me feel like I had the right crew working on my roof. The team did a great job! It was an extremely hot day but the work crew finished the job and did a very thorough clean up. Job well done!

I can't say enough good things about Kirk Newcomer from TEC. My insurance company required a roof inspection, and I hired Kirk to handle it. Not only did he perform a thorough and professional inspection, but he also went above and beyond by making necessary repairs - all in sweltering 100* heat - and never charged me a dime. His integrity, work ethic, and dedication to doing the job right are truly rare. It's not every day you come across someone so committed to helping others without expecting anything in return. I wanted to give a review of the Exterior Company (TEC) relative to roofing, and Mr. Aaron Herr, the TEC Representative that was my main contact with TEC. From day one, Aaron was totally professional relative to all of our interactions at my home. He was initially on my roof to examine damage from a hail storm, and then again with my insurance adjuster, and then several times after further documenting damage and helping me to get my shingles replaced due to hail damage via my insurance company. He also stopped by a few times to help select the brand of shingles and then again with color choice. On the two days (July 02-03, 2025) of install, Aaron was on site with the roofing crew to insure all of the work was completed to my satisfaction. If for any reason you need assistance with new shingles, I would highly recommend contacting Aaron Herr with TEC - and I would rate his performance and TEC with 5 stars - out of 5 stars = exceptional!

Exterior Company did a great job replacing my roof after wind damage. They were very good at working with my insurance company to make sure they covered everything that was damaged. I worked with Aaron Sullivan and he was very responsive and easy to work with. Made the whole process easy and stress free.

I am truly satisfied with this company. Arthur was the contact for my project and he was my advocate to see this job completed from the initial inspection through having their warranty department fix a screen that was torn when the shingles were removed. He even advised how to file an appeal from my original insurance adjuster's rejection for the hail damage. A different adjuster was shown the same pics and authorized the repairs under my home owners policy.

He did a great job. He was on top of the project from start to finish.

I had a very good experience working with Dakota Allen and TEC. He was very knowledgeable and helped walked us through the process of getting a new roof. Dakota made multiple visits during the process to be sure things ran smoothly. If you need a new roof or siding, I'd recommend going with TEC as they are well established and trustworthy.

I am sooooo sorry I had this company do the work to our home due to a hail storm. They cut corners everywhere imaginable and when I called then out on the terrible work they did on the aluminum wraps on the garage door and windows all they did was go crazy with A LOT of caulk. (instead of removing the damaged ones and put new on they tried to stick a piece on top) They were supposed to come out ....with one of the bosses....to see what I am talking about.....but that is been several weeks and no one has been here. So it's looking like I have to go elsewhere and hire someone that knows what they are doing to come fix their mess. I can only hope the shingles were put on correctly...but after the work on the wraps I'm actually worried.

From start to finish, the estimating and work was done professionally, and the communication was excellent. We are waiting for TEC to check a new leak in the gutters as a result of their installation of gutter guards.
