Terminix - Lancaster -Termite & Pest Control

I pay $137/mo for quarterly service. The technician used bug spray from an aerosol can to do the walls of the interior basement. He did not do an exterior service. It snowed yesterday and there are no foot tracks in the snow around the house. The prior service, they did not spray outside either. This is ridiculous. Probably why I have really large spiders coming in the house. This branch is a joke and I'm stuck in a contract where I have to pay but they don't have to provide me with the appropriate level of standard service?? I want them to cancel the contract, stop charging me, and never come back.

2 No Call No Shows THAT RESULTED IN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGES. Contacted their legal department after they refusednto.handle this situation. The following email is what I sent them. DO NOT TRUST THUS COMPANY!!! Good evening. Thank you for the email. It is clear that perhaps both litigious action needs to move forward against Terminix as well as each employee that was involved in this situation, to include the misrepresenting of the individual who called and stated he was the branch manager and then ignored my situation when he left for military duty. What sending these pdfs it demonstrates an attempt to deny wrong doing by assuming that a regularly scheduled treatment excuses the contractual obligation of your company to perform.inspections when requested by the client. Where as an infestation may not be evident during regular inspections it does not mean that an infestation occurs between them and it was your job to ensure that the contractually obligated requested inspections were completed; this did not occur. Instead your staff and company ignored my requests and when scheduled on two occassions were no call-no shows with a promise to have a technician arrive at my home as guaranteed. I clearly communicate a potential mite infestation due to the dust I noticed and collected in a bag for the technician tasked to be at my home could inspect. Due to the time that passed damage did in fact occur so you could expect that I will go forward with litigious action against both your company and all employees involved in the failure and misleading conduct that occurred. I have sent a detailed demand to the individual you referred me to in your legal department making it clear that as a combat veteran with severe PTSD that I would seek both damages to my home but punitive damages against all individuals involved for the failures that resulted in thus situation.
