The epoxy is holding up as Jay said it would,  nothing has phased it, washes up easily and looks great.  The job took a number of days due to the complexity of the epoxy and color flakes and clear coat.  All looked good except the baseboard was scratched completely around the garage from the sander due to his inexperience helper.   Jay wanted to make things right and send a painter our but I said it was OK it's only a garage and probably will see more bruising.

From estimate to completed job, Jay was fantastic!  Professional, polite, reliable, courteous - everything you could ask for in a contractor.  He arrived when promised to review our job, explained all our options, showed us plenty of samples. This guy knows what he's doing ... he walked through our garage, looked around at all our tools and supplies, large and small, and told us how much cabinet storage and hanging storage we need.  He was dead-on right!
We had to book out six months in advance because we scheduled electrical work, painting and installed baseboards ahead of Jay's installation.  We also resurfaced the floor and had to re-pour the concrete aprons.  Jay is very organized and manages his time very well.  He arranged for a storage pod (from another contractor) for our garage contents ahead of time, and it was picked up after the job was done so we could put everything back in our new garage.  Six months in advance, and he stayed right on schedule.
Jay is very particular about the job he does and his finished work.  Turns out the baseboard we installed wasn't accounted for when he initially measured, so he trimmed it to fit.  We noticed one of the cabinet handles wasn't precisely level with it's opposite door handle and figured it wasn't a big deal and not fixable (holes were already drilled).  Well, he noticed and insisted he could fix it.  To our surprise, it's perfect, and we can't tell it was moved at all.  Also, one of the cabinets was slightly damaged, and we may not have ever noticed.  Jay noticed and made sure the manufacturer made us a new one!  He came back a few weeks later and installed it.
We highly recommend Susquehanna Garage Solutions!  A little expensive, but totally worth it when you consider the entire experience.  We contacted three other garage makeover contractors, and no one compares.  The quality of the products is outstanding, and they are very nice-looking too!

Jay and one other came on a Tuesday and finished (except for one cabinet) on Thursday.  The company sent him the wrong cabinet and he came the next day to install it.  Both workers were very professional and hard working.  We love how everything looks and appreciate all the added storage space we now have that is hidden from view in very attractive cabinets.  The epoxy covering on the patio is very slick and you must be extremely careful when walking if it is wet.  We also notice we get black residue pooled in areas.  It is too black to be dirt from the yard so we assume it is dust from the epoxy surface itself.

Perfect professional workmanship by cheerful worker from beginning to end. No delays and the end result was beautiful ......

Sales/Design by Jay Witmer - came to the house to go over the choices, of which there were many options. super friendly and professional. He asked many questions about our new home and what we wanted. he added some good ideas as well. quality of service and products off the charts, as was the installation which was very neat and final job is outstanding. i intend to have more work done by Jay. he is a craftsman and proud of his work.
