Task was to remove snow from a garage roof, where ice dams had caused water to leak into our family room. Sunrise called within an hour or so of my leaving voice mail, set up an appointment to review the task, called the morning of the task to say they were on the way, and we negotiated a price before I left for the day. Although told they would only be able to reach snow about ten feet above the gutters, I was pleasantly surprised upon my return to see 95 % of the snow had been removed at a cost below what I said was my upper limit (Sunrise charges an hourly rate per person).

I had hired Sunrise for a roof tear-off. They showed up fifteen minutes early and completed the job in one day. When I returned home the only signs of a roofing company was the new roof. They cleaned up beautifully and my roof looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with Sunrise Exteriors. I would recommend them anytime!
