Paul and his helper (I forgot to ask his name) came and placed black tarps throughout the area they would be walking on and working at fireplace insert. It was raining outside. They serviced our Vent Free Gas Unit Fireplace insert and cleaned the dirty pilot light. It works great now.  They were very professional and friendly.  We appreciate their services very much. Now we can enjoy the fire once again.
We would highly recommend Stermer Brothers Stoves & Spas without hesitation and would definitely use them in the future.

Paul is very professional. The staff at their store are a little stiff but very knowledgeable. After purchasing this insert from a different dealer a number of years ago and putting up with their terrible service and attitudes I contacted Stermer and Paul has been here on two separate occasions for problems with this stove and has repaired it both times. He calls if he is running late & even called to show up early on the second occasion. I also purchased a Vielux high end gas grill from Stermers after getting to know them. Great service and fair prices.
