Starr Heating & Air Conditioning

My First contact with J & G/Starr Heating was an interview and inspection which occurred right on scheduled time with Jason.
Jason listened to what I wanted and used his expertise and knowledge to make the suggestions that we both agreed upon.
This man was very professional and upfront.  He showed tremendous integrity and I was very relaxed with him.  I am generally jaded about people who represent a job one way and then serve their own agenda by changing the situation to suit themselves.
This man was the real deal and I NEVER had a concern.

Jason and his team were very efficient and clean and were focused on the work at hand. These guys were a pleasure to have around as they obviously enjoyed the work and each other's company.

This was the best experience of this kind that I've ever had.  I would be glad to have them do any job for me because I know I could relax and just let them do what they do best.

Owner was helpful knowledgeable and professional at initial contact and pricing visit, and was present at appropriate times during installation.    Price was best of three estimates I received.   Installation proceeded without problems, crew was neat, professional courteous, etc.   System was tested but has not been used in cold weather yet, but based on our experience with the install, I don't expect any problems.

Starr is now owned by J&G Heating and Air Conditioning in Conestoga PA.  We used Starr in 2008 to install AC at another property and were happy with their work, but  were a bit concerened when we found out they were sold.  However, the new owner did a great job and we would definitely use them again.  

They answer any questions we have. We don't have any problems. Two years ago my husband had a lot of questions about the thermostat and the young man that came out ran through that with him so we knew more about the thermostat than we ever did before. We were quite pleased with that. Their prices are reasonable. They are very punctual. We will continue to use them.

They were punctual and clean. They ripped out our entire furnace system and there was not a speck of dirt anywhere. We did have one issue afterwards which they took care of immediately.

I was pleased with their service. It was done fairly quickly, there wasn't a mess, and they did follow up with me. They had presented me with options for my home. I have a 123 year old house that is very tiny, so I didn't really know what to do, but they presented options for me which was helpful. I was referred to them by a plumber I use.
