'l needed to schedule a home inspection at an insanely specific (and inconvenient) time. After calling about 30 companies/ individuals and getting laughed at many times I was ready to throw in the towel and give up on the property auction that I really wanted to bid on (mind you I've been doing research for nearly a year to find a property that fit my criteria!). The house had been neglected for a few years and of course I wanted to know what I was getting into. I figured I'd try a few more folks via Google search before giving up. Anyway, James fulfilled my insane request with little gripe and tacked my inspection on to his already full load for the day. He showed up completely prepared and got down to business right away. The second he wondered about something he went to investigate it right away even if it meant running up 3 flights of stairs to answer his own question. He was very direct and to the point which I completely appreciated. Despite his long work day he didn't rush the inspection and he was so incredibly thorough. At the end he made sure to answer any concerns/ questions that I had and was able to prioritize the most pressing problems. Absolutely fantastic.
