We have been customers of Schwanger Bros.for over 35 years. We have always received quality products and exceptional service from their Heating and AC division. So much so, that we are planning to add their plumbing service plan to our home coverage. We highly recommend that you make them your provider as well.

Schwanger Brothers is the best heating and air conditioning service around. After trying several local companies to service our AC and heat, we were blessed to find Schwanger Bros. They were professional and did not stop until they found the issue and addressed it. After multiple companies were unable to find the issue, Schwanger Bros. not only found the issue, they fixed it, and we are now customers for life. We have the AC/Heating annual service and will continue with them as our peace of mind. Although we do not use propane or oil, we would definitely choose them for all of our heating and cooling needs. Their customer service is phenomenal and works to make any customer satisfied.

Part of the house does not get heat. They said that they will not fix the problem unless we hire them to do so beyond the $20,000 we paid them for the system and that was contracted for. We have had no heat going to part of the house in the dead of winter and they have done nothing about it for almost two months not even given us a proposal on the cost to finish the work.

The tub and sink drains in one of our bathrooms were clogged. Schwanger is the company we use for our heating system, but we had never used them for plumbing before this. They are very responsive and sent someone out right away. The service person unclogged both drains and explained how he was doing it and why. This I thought was nice, in case we wanted to try it ourselves the next time we had a problem.
