We recently had our home appraised by Sarah from CRAG, and the entire experience was excellent. She did a great job setting expectations ahead of the appointment, which helped us feel prepared and informed. On the day of the appraisal, she was prompt, friendly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Before leaving, Sarah clearly explained the next steps and gave us a timeline for when the completed appraisal would be submitted to the bank. We were very happy with the final appraisal — it felt fair, accurate, and aligned well with our needs. Her professionalism and communication made the process smooth from start to finish.
