Yes they did, My husband liked the work. The work was good. We had a harder time getting it scheduled; it was not as easy as they tell you on TV. I would say they fail on that issue because it failed for us. I would say their scheduling on their advertisement on how great it is that they can come quickly do it, that did not happen. We really had to work on several times to try to get a time to have it done. Then we had a crack in the window, it wasn't like it was shattered, but we had a crack in the window and it wasn't as easy as they say on television.

The service was wonderful. They were the least expensive from other quotes that I got. They were very quick and I didn't have to wait. They did the work in a less time than what they initially quote.

The initial appointment window was from noon until 5pm, which I think is a very large window. I received a call around 8am, asking if they could come at 10am. Since I had planned my day to be free from noon to 5pm, I declined the earlier time. They arrived around 1pm and finished the job in about an hour and a half. They acted professional, explained how to care for the new windshield, as well as the warrenty. They cleaned everything up well and left the vehicle clean.

I was very pleased with the repair from Cindy Rowe. They submitted the charges to my insurance and I did not pay any out of pocket money. I think windshield repair is one of their specialties. Their quality of work is excellent. I would definitely go back again if I needed such a service.
