Roto Rooter

Not good. Plumber left dishwasher hose disconnected, flooded kitchen and leaked through basement. Response to issue was very poor and uncoordinated, and it was obvious that although they admitted fault, they wanted to patch over the problem instead of checking mold, mildew, etc. Took 5+ follow up phone calls and several weeks of phone calls to get problem resolved.

had a sink clog issue. had 4 attempts with two other companies who I would never ever call again for anything. Rotor rooter came in and fixed the issue

My wife and I are satisfied with the service we received.  However we are not satisfied being told by the technician that we could dig out and expose the sewer drain our self to save on the cost of the repair.  Only latter to be told by his boss that it is not and option.  If the technician did not like how other costumers dug out the trench in the past he would not have suggested it.  My wife an I are considering other options to repair the line.   And telling everyone not call Rotor-rooter their plumbing problems.

They came out and they were very nice.  The problem that I was having was the toilet was running so I shut the water off and they looked it over and they informed me that the whole unit was not running properly and they suggested to replace the unit.  However, the estimate that they gave me was way too much so I decided not to go with them but their customer service was good.

They were very quick to respond and accomplish the work we needed.

We called Roto Rooter in the morning with an emergency situation.  We were  told a technician would be out by 1 pm.  The service technician was prompt in arriving. He worked quickly to correct the problem. He explained the process and was very professional.   He was actually very enthusiastic about his work!   We would definitely use this company again.

I was very satisfied with the work done. The price is maybe on the high side when compared to some others. I have used Kline's before at a cost of $160 but the quality and amount of service I received from Kline's was also less.
