Jim McPhail was a great agent to work with. He was responsive and personable and he allowed us to understand each step along the way. Prudential has recently rebranded as Berkshire Hathaway, but the address is the same and I would still highly recommend working with Jim McPhail if you were looking for an agent in the Lancaster area. We hope we won't be moving again any time soon, but if we did we would use Jim and his team.

We didn't really feel as if he did too much work. We picked out the homes we wanted to see and often new more about them than he did. We were not very impressed. I would not recommend them because I don't feel like they did anything for us at all. The realtor certainly had strong opinions.

I first heard about Nancy from a person at work. This person said, "If you're looking for a house, I've got a fantastic Realtor who'll fight for you and get you the house you want." Needless to say, we called her right away. Nancy worked tirelessly to make sure we got the house we wanted. She fought for us tooth-and-nail, to be sure that we were getting a fair and honest deal on a house that wouldn't be a "money-pit". She listened to everything we said we wanted....and then most importantly, she listened to everything we could afford. And, with her help, we found an adorable house that fit all our needs....and our wallet.
