NEFF'S SAFE LOCK & SECURITY

Neff's came out at 9:00 in the evening, on a Friday night! We lost our keys at the Park City shopping mall. They came within 40 Min and not only got us in our car but programmed a new remote and made us extra keys! Very Very impressed!! also very reasonably priced!

I called them the day after Christmas and they were able to come out the day after New Years. The owner of the company came out and completed the service within an hour. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the service in our home. I was thinking he would have to replace the door knobs completely but he was able to fix them which saved us money.

Brad was running a little behind because of his last job running over and it would have been nice to receive a phone call to notify us that he was running behind, but once he arrived he worked quickly and efficiently to re-key all the locks and deadbolts in the house, 9 in all. He replaced one doorknob because the locking mechanism was damaged, but we were not charged for the knob since he may have damaged it during the re-keying. He also re-keyed 5 office and garage locks, and replaced 2 locks. We were missing some of the keys, but he was still able to get everything done. His estimate that he quoted over the phone was very close to the actual bill. Overall, he did an excellent job and was very polite. I would use them again.

On day of appointment, Installer called to inform me an emergency call came in and he would be late. Many times, if someone is going to be late, they would not call. Arrived within a reasonable time from original appointment. Installed a dead bolt very fast. Cleaned up after he was finished. Installer was very professional and friendly. Went the extra mile when he noticed my entry key was installed upside down. To make it easier for me to enter my home, he made sure both locks turn the same way. Before he left, he made sure I was completely satisfied with the job.

On the day of the install, I received a confirmation call from the firm reviewing my request. The installer showed up on time, made adjustments as needed to fit the dead bolt installation to my door/window frame. He even cleaned up when he was finished.
