It was a very average experience. The on line scheduling was nice and price was good at 19.99 but there was a bogus fee of $3 so just consider it a $25 oil change. I made an appointment for early Sunday 10am. Sunday hours are convenient. At check in the guy said 30-45 minutes and it took exactly one hour. Customer lounge had no newspaper and a coffee set up that looked unused for quite some time. A cup of coffee and the Sunday paper would have helped with the wait. The place got swamped with business that morning so they were legitimately busy. When the car was returned I looked and realized they didn't even bother resetting the electronic oil changing setting and there was no sticker on the windshield to remind me about the next change. Everything considered a $25 oil change on a Sunday morning is nice but the guys at the shop weren't bothered to make it anything better than a very average experience.
