This company would not honor their quote despite a signed contract and deposit paid. They blamed it on an inexperienced estimator but I suspect they were trying to get more money for the project. We did not fall for it. They did eventually return our deposit.

They are absolutely fabulous. When they did their work, they even cleaned up the mess I had made prior as I had been trimming my own bushes in front. They are great people and I would highly recommend them. I will absolutely use them again.

Had about 3 estimates and Monster had the best price and schedule, as trees were very close to the house-one had already fallen onto garage a few months ago. They were prompt in arriving with estimate and advice on handling the job, came at the appointed time, and efficiently removed both trees and cleaned the entire area. Very satisfied with the job. Crew was courteous and efficient. Highly recommend this company.
