MIKE ZIMMERMAN'S CITY BRICK RESTORATION

When I brought my house the front steps where in poor condition. The steps were loose and the joints needed repointed. After getting the name and number for Mike Zimmerman's City Brick Restoration from my Realtor I had Mike come out for an estimate. He said he would be out the next day, he didn't come out for 3 days. I shoud've known then that it would be a bad experience. After getting an estimate, I proceeded to go ahead with the repairs. It took 3 weeks for them to come out and fix the steps. I thought they had done a good job. I was given a 30 day guarantee for the work. After about 2 months went by I noticed that the railing was loose. It was still in the brick but the bricks around it was loose and when you pulled or pushed on the railing they moved. I contacted Mike Zimmerman and after repeated calls he finally came out to look at the steps a week after my first call. He claimed that the problem had nothing to do with the repairs he had done. He then suggested a couple things and said he'll get back to me about another estimate. Well needless to say that was about a month ago and I have not heard anything from him and am now searching around for another masonry to repair the problem.
