On the steps outside the door, he did a great job. I am glad that I was there, because if I hadn't been there, he wouldn't have done it the way I wanted it. He would've made made just a regular step out the door and a little paved area around that one step. What I wanted, was a large step so I didn't have to go out the door and step down immediately. I also wanted room for the dogs to be on that step to get in the house without having another step.
He is a character and he needs to calm it down. He needs to be more professional in his work, and fix his mistakes better. Initially, his responsiveness was wonderful. Once the problem was noted, his responsiveness was horrible.
