Houses like the one we eventually bought disappear in days. When we finally found the house we bought, the owners weren't ready to put the house on the market yet and weren't ready to sell for a few months. Through consultation with Anne and her professional expertise, we got to look at the house, get it inspected and close very quickly. At closing, Anne even arranged for emergency utility repairs so we could close without delay.
Anne is always busy but when you are with her she gives you the time you need and most often has the answer to your questions. Anne knows many, many people in her market area and she either can provide the information you need or tell you where to go to get your questions answered.
Outside real estate, she helped us find our family doctor/internist even though he was very busy. She knew which contractors and stores could help us after we moved in, too. Her firm covers a wide range of houses and they can probably help you find the house you want to buy or sell your house, too.
