LANTZ SLATE ROOF REPAIR

Repairs and install went very very well. They looked over the current slate roof and gave me two thumbs up as it's in very good shape for 45+ years old. Also gave me tips on a project I have up coming for summer of 2015 and I will have them back.
 

My Wyo town home is 3-stories, so challenging to even get to the roof; the pitch of the roof is also steep and cannot be accessed by a ladder; the slates that were replaced seamlessly match the existing 100-year old roof; Aaron was very professional, fit us into a very busy schedule, especially given the recent hail storm that damaged hundreds of nearby roofs. I have already recommended Lantz to my neighbor who will also use them for similar repairs.

Our house is from 1802; so we wanted them to pay attention to historic nature of the home. They replaced our snow angels. They were very tidy and had a wonderful sense of humor.

The aluminum gutters on our 1930s house were all crooked and needed to be realigned. We also wanted new copper gutters at least in the front of the house. Plus our porch roof was leaking because there was no flashing between it and the house. These guys have done work for us before and are always courteous and do the work just right. This time was no exception.
